Our honeys are born in the nectar of exotic bloom free of contaminants, native to semi desert territories and mountains of the Peru Northwest. They are natural, virgin and fresh given that we develop a beekeeping that respects the nature of bees and their honey, that they are not heated nor filtered and that they crystallize naturally.

Our Honey Quality Requirements:

• Water content <17.5% (honey); <18.5% (comb honey)
• HMF content < 10 mg/kg honey. (*)

Notes:

• Maintain jar sealed after consumption and store in a fresh, dry place unexposed to direct sunlight.
• When crystallized, to obtain a creamy texture, scrape honey with a spoon. Avoid heat. Heating degrades honey.
